Warehouse Operative/assistant (Brisbane)

We are currently recruiting driven and experienced Warehouse Operatives/Assistants to join the team. Your main focus will be picking and packing of orders for customers and processing and replenishment of stock, though you may also work on other Fulfilment and Inbound/Inventory related tasks and general warehouse duties.

Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older, due to the sexually explicit nature of Lovehoney warehouse products.

**What you will do**:

- Picking and packing customer orders to tight print deadlines
- Maintain an acceptable accuracy level on all picked and packed items
- Take part in cycle counts and stock takes as instructed
- Goods In put away, stock replenishment to expected standards
- Pull stock forward and check best before dates on occasion
- Return ‘Can’t Go’ stock to location, as requested to do so
- Restock packing stations and clean the Warehouse at end of shift or as needed
- Take part in site induction and monthly performance reviews set up to support your passing of probation

**What you should bring**:

- Reliability and punctuality, consistently attending and starting shifts on time.
- Prior experience in retail or warehouse settings.
- The ability to thrive in a performance-driven workplace, actively seeking personal improvement.
- Adequate literacy, numeracy, and English language skills.
- Basic proficiency in IT, including regular use of apps and systems.
