Initial Hygiene Service Technician - Medical Driver (Brisbane)

Initial Hygiene Solutions seeks an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Brisbane based Medical Services team. Reporting to the Local Service Manager, you will support the delivery of on-time service to a range of customers generating Clinical Wastes. This involves both bulk waste removal and container exchange.
- Cleaning Industry or related industry experience;
- Previous medical / sharps waste collection experience highly regarded
- Truck Licence (MR or higher preferred)
- Ability to work to a planned, time-based work schedule;
- Ability to work largely unsupervised;
- General maintenance skills;
- Confident and professional people skills and presentation;
- Appreciation for high quality standards with ability to assess from customer perspective;
- Basic computer skills.
- Current Dangerous Goods or Prescribed Waste accreditations would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Full Australian driver's licence
- The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
- Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
- Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
- Cleaning or related industry experience
