We manage across Australia 55 Stores situated in the NT, NSW, QLD, SA, and WA region. **Description**: Outback Stores is seeking management couples to join our Outback store management team! This is a remote position, located in one of our remote communities across Australia. As a Store Managment couple, you will be able to work together, directly share your knowledge, collaborate with community members and enjoy some of the most remote parts of Australia. **Our advantages include**:

**Skills and Experiences**: **To be successful in the role you will have**: Outback Stores desire our Store Managers, to have a range of skills that are transferable to our team environment, this includes:

- Minimum of 3 years of retail and fast-moving consumer goods experience in a supermarket retail environment.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and leading a diverse team.
- Knowledge of rostering and staff allocation.
- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control, inventory, and stock control.
- Effective cross-cultural collaboration.
- Sound customer service and relationship building skills.
