We are recruiting multiple Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers for locations across regional Queensland. Skills And Experience
Previous experience in a supermarket setting is essential
Strong knowledge of fresh produce, including stock control, shrinkage and presentation
Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams
Strong commercial acumen across sales, wages and KPIs
Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on standards and execution
Open to relocation to regional Queensland
