Security Security Officer Level 2 Brisbane City

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll often be the first point of contact
- whether assisting customers with directions, responding calmly to incidents, or supporting centre operations during busy trading periods.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality, front-line customer service

Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations

Monitoring safety risks and completing accurate incident reporting

Assisting with crowd management and conflict de-escalation

Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures

Working collaboratively with centre management and stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control function

Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Availability to work across a rotating roster and late nights, including weekends

Professional presentation and a robust customer-focused attitude

Ability to remain calm and responsive in dynamic environments
