About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of
* operators in our fast-paced Brisbane facility.

You'll oversee production across multiple areas using rollforming and fabrication equipment, ensuring efficiency, output, and quality remain at the highest standard.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage shift planning, labour, and production scheduling, while fostering a secure, high-performing workplace culture.
