WSP in Australia is expanding our Aviation team to meet the growing demand for innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions across the country.

With a strong pipeline of exciting projects
- including major airport expansions, regional airfield upgrades, and mining airstrip developments
- and a recent win in securing one of the largest aviation infrastructure projects in Australia, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Aviation professionals at all career stages who are motivated to work on complex, high‑profile airport and airfield infrastructure projects as part of a nationally connected, globally supported Aviation team.

**Who We’re Looking For:**

We are keen to engage with:

+ **Principals, Technical Directors and senior practitioners** seeking to influence strategy, provide technical leadership and shape major aviation programs; and + **Early‑ to mid‑career engineers and specialists** looking to deepen their technical capability, broaden project exposure and progress into senior technical or project leadership roles.

We welcome interest from professionals with experience or developing expertise in one or more of the following areas:

+ **Airport / Airside Engineering** – airfield pavements, civil and airside infrastructure design + **Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL)** – design, delivery, or commercial / project management + **Aviation Project Management** – client‑side or consultancy delivery of airport projects + **Aviation Planning and Design** – airfield layouts, apron planning and airside geometry + **Drafting and Technical Services** – specialist aviation CAD, 3D modelling and BIM supporting aviation and airfield projects

Experience working on live operational airfields and complex aviation infrastructure—including runway and taxiway works, AGL upgrades, apron developments, and airfield construction or rehabilitation projects—is highly regarded.
