What does the job look like? Working withinour Murarrie branch and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the despatch operations for the afternoon shift. This hands-on leadership role will see you supervising a team, driving service excellence, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Key area include: Lead and support thedespatch team including rostering and staff allocation Superviseand coordinate daily despatch activities to ensure secure, accurate, and timely movement of cash and valuables Manage time and competing priorities to ensure smooth operations and deadlines are consistently met Workclosely with the logistics team to ensure a high standard of customer service Maintainingcustomer service levels to meet delivery and service deadlines Supportingsafety by driving WH&S; initiatives across the team Ensurestrict adherence to all security protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies Are you the one?
