**About the role**: **What You'll do**:
- Keep our store running smoothly by overseeing daily operations
- Support the team with HR tasks and staff coordination.
- Handle customer bookings and enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Manage general administration to keep everything on track
- Deliver top-notch customer service, making every guest feel valued.
- Work with management on weekly plans and strategies to achieve team goals.
- Track progress and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

**Qualifications and experience**: **Strong Multitasking skills**: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, working both independently and as part of a team.
**Proficiency in Excel and Word**:Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word, with meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry capabilities.
**Innovative and resourceful**: A creative thinker who can devise efficient solutions to everyday challenges.
**Dependable and organized**: Reliability and exceptional organizational skills are essential, along with a readiness to go above and beyond when necessary.
