Description
**Role Accountabilities**

**Internal Communications**
- Define and implement the P&C; communication strategy for JBS.
- Plan, edit and write content for communication platforms targeted at current and future team members.
- Seek out, gather and then communicate good news stories from across JBS.
- Project manage the design, production and distribution of internal publications.
- Provide governance for content on the Intranet.
- Establish a toolkit and collateral to promote consistent communications which are aligned to our values and mission.
- Create internal communication including announcements, people initiatives and event materials.
- Partner with our Director
- Corporate Communications to ensure consistency with messaging.
- Implement and maintain internal style guide in accordance with global guidelines.

**Employer Branding**
- Provide insights on how to brand and position JBS to attract and retain potential team members.
- Develop content and determine the best platforms to promote JBS as an employer.
- Partner with stakeholder to develop a range of career journeys and then promote internally and externally.
- Develop or engage with external party's to develop our employer branding.
- Develop an engagement toolkit for use at various events to promote JBS to various external stakeholders.
- Partner with Director
- Corporate Communications to deliver the community engagement strategy and promote other initiatives internally.

**Graphic Design**
- Design engaging and fit for purpose materials for P&C; initiatives and projects.
- Establish a suite of marketing material to promote employment opportunities including ad templates.
- Partner with external agencies and printers as required.

**To be successful in this role**
- Relevant qualification in an appropriate discipline (i.e., Marketing, PR, journalism, Communications etc.), and/or 3+ years experience in Marketing, PR or Communications.
- Creative flair for graphic design with proven experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences across key communications channels
- Genuine passion for comms and an understanding of the importance of engaging with our team members.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid ability to influence, advise and negotiate effectively as a trusted advisor with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced organisational and time management ability with a high degree of drive and initiative to create capacity to manage changing competing priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- A genuine focus on safety and wellbeing.
- Behaviour that is consistent with JBS vision and values.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00
- $130,000.00 per year
