About the Role Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Promote a positive work environment by modelling professional behaviour, promoting teamwork and collaboration with other staff and members of associated organ and tissue banking agencies. Proactively engage with a continuing education program for all Donation and Production staff members and enhance professional knowledge and skills by disseminating professional development information to staff. Maintain integrity and confidentiality and ensure donors, recipients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
