Long Distance Driver & Owner Driver (Brisbane)

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport goods using a van or small truck (Car license), ensuring timely delivery
- Drive safely and to conditions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle
- Communicate professionally and effectively with owner and customers
- Ensure proper loading and securing of cargo
- Complete Consignment notes as required
- Additional tasks may be required at times
- Ability to manage fatigue and drive responsibly

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to drive through the night and drive long distances
- Valid driver's license (automatic acceptable) with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a hotshot driver or similar role preferred but not necessary
- Mechanical knowledge highly regarded
- Ability to handle and transport various types of cargo
- Solid attention to detail and safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed (we are a 24/7 operation, this is an _**on call**_ role with no set hours)
- Have an ABN or willing to obtain one
- Ability to follow instructions
