Storeperson/ Onsite Driver – Orrcon Manufacturing – Salisbury, QLD

We’re looking for a full‑time, permanent Storeperson/Onsite Driver for our Orrcon Manufacturing business. This role is on a fixed afternoon shift, Monday‑Friday from 1:48 PM to 10:00 PM.

Your starting weekly rate will be from $1,289.34, increasing with experience and in line with our structured level system. A 15% shift loading allowance is included for the afternoon shift, plus public holidays are paid.

What Will You Do?

In this role you will help produce high‑quality steel products, focusing on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered on time.

Transporting products between nearby onsite storage locations using a purpose‑built Heavy Combination (HC) vehicle

Safely loading and unloading steel products from trucks and customer vehicles

Operating forklifts and cranes

Accurately picking and packing orders for customer delivery and collection

Completing general warehouse and dispatch duties

Please note – this is not a long‑haul driving role. The HC licence is required as part of daily operations, as products are transported between nearby storage locations via public access roads within the site.

More About You

While previous operations or manufacturing experience is not essential, we’re looking for someone with a strong safety mindset, willingness to learn, and a positive team‑focused attitude.
