Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information about services, policies, and offerings

Assist customers with requests, updates, and general support

Maintain organized records of customer interactions

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
