About the Role

This is an end‑to‑end Property Manager role overseeing a tidy portfolio of up to 130 well‑maintained properties, all located on the South/East of Brisbane.

Key responsibilities include: End‑to‑end portfolio management Landlord and tenant relationship management Coordinating maintenance with an asset‑protection focus Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections Managing arrears professionally Leading rent reviews and lease renewals Preparing and attending QCAT matters when required Working alongside a broader investment and property strategy team
