Property Manager | Newstead | $80–90K + Super
About the role: We’re currently supporting a boutique Newstead-based Brisbane real estate agency in the recruitment of an experienced Property Manager.
This is a well‑supported portfolio role designed for someone who wants structure, solid leadership support, and a sustainable workload within a collaborative team setting.
You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 150 inner Brisbane properties with the support of experienced senior leaders, a dedicated leasing team, and streamlined systems designed to reduce unnecessary admin pressure.
This is a role for a Property Manager who values stability, structure, and a genuinely supported working setting.
What’s on offer
Salary $80,000 – $90,000 + super (based on experience)

No Business Development responsibilities
Hands‑on Head of Department and senior team support

About you
Minimum 3+ years’ Property Management experience in Queensland
Confident managing a residential portfolio end‑to‑end
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of QLD tenancy legislation
Experience with PropertyMe is advantageous
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence
You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a structured, team‑supported environment and values long‑term stability over constant operational chaos.
