QLD Operations Manager
- Housekeeping Brisbane QLD Housekeeping (Hospitality & Tourism) Full time $120,000 – $130,000 per year About the Company We are a well-established hospitality services provider with over a decade of experience supporting accommodation and tourism businesses across Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Visit multiple properties or locations as needed, stepping in for absent Housekeeping Managers.
- Assist in managing the housekeeping team, including supervisor, room attendants, public area attendants, and houseman.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate rooms, and delegate tasks to ensure effective cleaning coverage.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and service expectations.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure quality standards are met.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Train staff on safety protocols and proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, stock levels, and staff attendance.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in housekeeping with managerial experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
