Hays is partnered with a leading Australian manufacturer operating across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative located in South Brisbane.

Your new role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will become a crucial link between customers and internal teams. This dynamic position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy workplace.

Key responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queries.
- Preparing and entering customer orders into the operating system.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (production, warehouse, procurement, and sales departments) to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met or exceeded.
- Coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process, including compliance with any requirements and regulations, and updating all necessary systems that manage orders.
- Managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolve issues, and seek ways to improve the customer’s experience. What you'll need to succeed

To hit the ground running, you’ll bring a combination of strong interpersonal skills and tech-savviness. You’re confident juggling competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.


- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven experience in administration or sales support roles
- Ability to navigate bespoke order management systems quickly and efficiently

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in team settings
- High accuracy in data entry and managing multiple priorities What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive an ongoing temporary contract offering $35.80/hr + Superannuation. This position is full-time Monday–Friday from 9am -5pm. You will be working in South of Brisbane and this is an opportunity to work for a well-known company and be part of a team!
