Skilled Labourer A Skilled Labourer performs hands-on construction and industrial work while supporting tradespeople, operators, and site teams. Common in construction, mining, civil infrastructure, warehousing, and manufacturing projects. Job Description Core Responsibilities
- Perform general labouring and site support duties
- Assist tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, concreters, plumbers)
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Prepare, clean, and maintain worksites
- Assist with concrete, trenching, and formwork tasks
- Operate small machinery or equipment (if licensed)
- Follow WHS and workplace safety procedures
- Support supervisors and site managers with daily operations
- Help with site setup and pack-down activities Skills & Requirements
- Construction or labouring experience preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices
- Experience with tools and machinery
- Strong teamwork and communication skills Common Tickets
