Construction Manager / Superintendent (Brisbane)

Durack Civil is a rapidly growing civil contractor delivering major infrastructure and subdivision projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of secured works and continued growth across the business, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Superintendent to join our leadership team. This is a senior role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple civil construction projects, leading project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. About the Role Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and performance of projects from commencement through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing multiple civil construction projects simultaneously
- Managing Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Monitoring project performance, forecasting and reporting
- Driving quality, safety and environmental compliance across all projects
- Assisting with programming, procurement and resource allocation
- Supporting tendering, methodology development and project planning
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency About You
- Extensive experience in civil construction delivery
- Proven leadership experience managing large infrastructure or subdivision projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- High level organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar preferred What We Offer
