**Your Impact** As the **Distribution Development Manager for AIA**, you’ll champion the success of **CBA Group-assisted distribution channels**, including the **CSN and CSL Networks**. Your mission: to safeguard and improve customer financial wellness through strategic collaboration and leadership.

**About the Team** You’ll be part of the **Insurance and Retail Advice team**, responsible for the strategy, operations, and distribution of the Bank’s wealth products. We’re a vibrant, cooperative group committed to protecting and enhancing the financial wellbeing of our customers. This role covers the regions of **Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Cultivate strong partnerships with distribution channels through expert relationship management and influence.
- Co-develop and execute 90-day strategic plans with key stakeholders to drive exceptional customer outcomes.
- Coach and support frontline leaders, Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Lenders, and service teams.
- Lead the execution of joint business plans with AIA and customer-facing teams.
- Ensure all activities align with agreed **Risk and Compliance frameworks**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven leadership experience in **Financial Services**, ideally with solid knowledge of **insurance and advice**.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- A commitment to quality practices within the Group’s risk and compliance framework.
- Empathy, active listening, and the ability to balance stakeholder needs with business goals. Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel interstate as required.
- **Highly desirable**: Familiarity with **CBA’s CSL and CSN retail networks**.
