**About the role
Manage all aspects of the Switchboard operation, including staff, to ensure efficient utilisation through coordination and delegation. Manage matters associated with the telecommunications equipment including replacement of faulty telecommunications equipment and programming of DECT and pager hardware,
About you
Manage the training of all staff in Switchboard operations, regularly review their efficiency and maintain accurate training records including all QH mandatory training; Manage faults on Operator Consoles/equipment and escalate problems according to Switchboard Procedure; In consultation with and under instruction from Telecommunications Manager, deal with difficult calls and complaint/problem resolution in accordance with MNHHS policy; Supervise all switchboard staff in the performance of their duties
