The Capability Manager
- Consumer Insurance will drive value by outlining and delivering a strategic capability plan that enables Suncorp’s workforce to efficiently build the right capability to meet customer, regulatory and performance expectations. This is a 12 month Full Time Opportunity.

**What you’ll do**
- Engage senior stakeholders to identify strategic capability requirements and gaps across the Function to deliver the respective business plans.
- Scope learning requirements and gain leadership agreement to proposed solutions, including design approach and budget.
- Drive the design, sourcing, and execution of learning solutions to the agreed plan, with explicit success measures.
- Contribute to the creation of a continuous learning culture.
- Share commercial acumen and customer insights with team members so that the team benefits from understanding the business.

**Job Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Business or equivalent
- Desirable
- Ability to drive the program of work, managing a complex stakeholder landscape, utilising exceptional project management and delivery capability.
- Experience in the end-to-end Learning project management of strategic and operational capability initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability to engage and manage senior stakeholders with commercially sound, data driven proposals.
- Strong relationship management focus and the ability to understand key business drivers.
- The ability to develop and manage a budget and to analyse and present financial rationale and data relevant to the portfolio for decision making
