**About the Role** As a Property Manager, you will foster a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability within the company and among external property and facilities teams. By partnering and collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional outcomes, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class property and facilities services.
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance coordination and financial reporting
- Conduct property inspections, handle tenant enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Implement effective marketing strategies to secure quality tenants and maintain high occupancy rates
- Liaise with landlords, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant needs are met
- Prepare routine financial statements, end-of-lease documentation and other administrative tasks
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, property management best practices and market trends
- Two Principals, one dedicated to Sales and one dedicated to Property Management.
- Handles ingoing and outgoing tenancies, all lisasions with tenants and owners during a tenancy
- Arranging maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and disputes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in property management.
- Hold the required registration (or license) with the Qld Office of Fair Trading
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Property Manger experience
- Familiarity with relevant property management software is preferred.
- Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving.
- Pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery.
- Always looking to grow and develop.
- Open communicator, collaborative and always wanting to excel and drive results.
- Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
- A motivated, well-presented individual who is ready to start immediately and, most importantly, a team player
