**Description**: About the Role

MPC Kinetic is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to support our Well Servicing Team. The primary purpose of the Maintenance Manager role is the coordination of all aspects of the Rigs maintenance requirements, scheduling the maintenance team, managing the maintenance system and ensuring equipment is within compliance and required specifications at all times.

Reporting to the Business Unit Leader
- Well Servicing, this permanent position will:

- Conduct all Preventative maintenance scheduling and resource allocations
- Maintain equipment compliance and inspections in line with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Ensure that all operation of machinery, mechanical and service rig equipment is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications.
- Diagnosing faults, servicing, and carrying out necessary repairs on air compressors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, service rig equipment and diesel engines.
- Repair and maintain all vital machinery aboard the rig, including machinery involved in well servicing operations.
- Ensure that all fuels, lubricants, gases, paints and any hazardous materials are properly stored and handled at rig site and campsite.
- Supervise the dismantling, packaging and preparation of mechanical equipment for rig moves, including re-assembly at new locations.
- At times be required to maintain and repair all machinery and mechanical equipment on the rig.
- At times be required to repair and maintain all machinery aboard the rig, including all machinery involved in Well servicing operations.
- Safely maintain main diesel engines, pumps, valves, HVAC-R equipment, Rig Air system and the rig Fuel system to ensure optimal well servicing operations.
- Efficiently maintain an evolving record of all maintenance done on site.

**Skills and Experiences**: **About You**: **The required qualifications include**:

- C Class Manual Driver’s License as a minimum, MC preferred
- Industry Specific Induction (ISI) or Drilling and Completions General Induction (DCGI)
- Relevant Trade Qualification
