**The fundamental responsibilities of this role include**:

- Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers
- Buyer management
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Assistance with Auction campaigns and Auction ‘Game Day’
- Coordinating client meetings
- Database management
- Attending photoshoots and staging appointments
- Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong ability for building relationships with all types of clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills whilst working to deadlines
- Sales Associate experience
- Totally professional in your customer service
- A resilient and enthusiastic self-starter
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Real Estate Sales License & a current driver's license
