- Insurance review**, you’ll support and assist with the ART insurance review, for the Public Offer insurance product/s.

Day to day, you'll:

- Serve as the go-to expert for the insurance review project, supporting project delivery from inception to deployment.
- Oversee product design and development with an enterprise perspective, coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery that prioritises value and user experience for our members.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft an outstanding research proposal, designed to gather valuable feedback on current and future insurance product designs, features, and the associated collateral.
- Analyse industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive deployment and facilitate change management processes across the organisation.

**About you**

You'll dive deep into complex data, simplifying it for easy understanding, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Balancing customer demands and business goals, you excel at blending user experience, technology and market trends. Your creative problem-solving will make complex insurance processes smooth and user-friendly.
- You're able to to synthesise multiple information sources into succinct papers/memos for leadership team reporting.
- You excel in communication, presentation and stakeholder management, collaborating across teams.
- You have an agile and data driven mindset allowing you to pivot when necessary.
- You have extensive experience in product management in the insurance sector (highly desirable).
