This is an incredible opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team based at a vibrant, iconic, award-winning landmark asset offering next generation workspace. A snapshot of the day-to-day duties. Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction. Managing property budgets, including income and expense tracking, financial reporting, and forecasting. Supervising and coordinating maintenance staff and contractors to ensure proper upkeep of the property. Handling tenant relations, including addressing concerns, negotiating leases, and maintaining high retention rates. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management. Implementing and overseeing sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices. Developing and maintaining solid relationships with the property owner, providing regular updates and reports on property performance. Managing vendor contracts and relationships to ensure quality service delivery. Coordinating with leasing teams to fill vacancies and maintain high occupancy rates. Utilizing property management software and technologies to improve operational efficiency. Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for. You’ll have experience managing a diverse portfolio of properties and now you are ready to expand your capabilities working on high quality office assets. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with tenants, owners, contractors, and team members is essential. You are proficient in budgeting and financial reporting and enjoy utilising property management software and emerging industry technologies. A real estate licence is required.
