Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver. About the Role Reporting to the Manager
- Technical Customer Support, you will provide an intermediate level of technical support and timely incident resolution and request fulfillment to maintain information systems, hardware, and infrastructure. You will maintain a focus on device logistics and configuration, software device configuration and connectivity, device testing, and contribute to documentation. Key knowledge and experience **The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Provide initial triage for trouble-shooting non-enterprise hardware, software, telecommunications, and other media problems or by offering advice and education to clients on how to use local equipment and systems operating within Metro North Health.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance and support of non-enterprise hardware, software, and computer systems either in a standalone or networked setting.
- Provide intermediate, responsive customer focused support service to Metro North Health as a member of the Technical Customer Support team within Digital Operations, Digital Metro North (DMN).
- Support the development of hardware, software, telecommunications and operational standards, procedures and work instructions and assist with the implementation of those standards.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 7/8/10®, Microsoft Office® 2003/2010/365®.
