Manager Application Engineering (Brisbane)

As a Manager in Application Engineering, you will play a critical role in leading project teams and managing the delivery of technology-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to develop end-to-end solutions that drive efficiencies, improve processes and deliver tangible business outcomes.

**Responsibilities & tasks for this role**
- Lead project teams and interact with business users for delivering Appian Solutions.
- Analysis and design of technology solutions, code review, peer review for other team members.
- Experienced in Agile methodology.
- Experienced in using document smart services.
- Development of integrations between Appian platform with other systems.
- Experienced in database creating stored procedure, tables, views, created SQL queries, functions.
- Development of SAIL code.

**Qualifications & competencies**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in delivering IT solutions
- Proven track record of managing client engagements
- Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust client relationships
