Building Surveyor - Level 1 & 2 Accredited (Brisbane)

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the owner of the business, you will have autonomy in this role and be provided with a supportive team environment with training & development opportunities. Your success in this role will be determined by your attitude, work ethic & attention to detail skills.

**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Producing detailed reports and recommendations
- Identifying defects and advising on remedial works
- Offering advice on proposed alterations, improvements and extensions
- Preparing budgets and schedules
- Advising on environmental and safety issues
- Meeting with clients to discuss possible construction designs

**Skills & experience**
- **Previous experience as a Building Surveyor specifically working in commercial**:

- Level 1, 2 or 3 certification
- Previous experience working with small to mid sized certification companies
- Must be located in Australia with Aust Working Rights
