About the role
Providing first-class customer service to members and consumers through member engagement calls and attending to enquiries
Coordinating and providing administrative support for Committee and AGM meetings
- this includes room bookings, meeting notifications, agenda papers, minute taking and distribution
Providing ad hoc administrative assistance for Area Managers
Proofreading, formatting, and submitting various communications collateral
Providing reception relief
Skills and experience required
Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer/member services
Exceptional attention to detail
- you take pride in the accuracy of your work
Computer software proficiency
- Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up recent software and databases
Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- you will be able to manage competing priorities through careful planning and communication
Flexible, can-do attitude, and a strong sense of initiative
