Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Training and assessing the Certificate II and III in Plumbing, post trade competencies and skill sets in the classroom and simulated work environment

Develop effective working relationships with students and employers whilst mentoring and training

Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs

Monitor apprentice training plans and ensure timely progression of our students through their courses

Delivering engaging, hands-on training and assessment in a supportive setting

What You Will Bring

Hands-on industry experience in all aspects of Plumbing work

Qualified in TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
- inspire and support students throughout their learning

Strong communication and people-focused skills
- able to engage students of all backgrounds

Adaptability — able to modify training materials to suit different learning styles

Reasonable level of computer skills
