Your New Role:As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering an Enterprise CRM and Case Management Platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.Develop comprehensive solution architecture artefacts, including conceptual and logical architecture designsDefine functional, integration, and data models, along with migration and security designsCollaborate with Microsoft and implementation partners to build and deliver enterprise solutionsDesign scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Azure servicesEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and compliance requirementsLead stakeholder engagement across business and technical teamsSupport onboarding frameworks, reporting strategies, and operating modelsProvide architectural governance and ensure adherence to best practices in security, data management, and compliance

What you will need to succeed:Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environmentsStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service)Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure architectureProven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions and modernising legacy systemsStrong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and enterprise platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to align technology solutions with business outcomesFamiliarity with Queensland Government ICT frameworks and standards

Desirable Certifications:Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional ConsultantAzure Solutions Architect ExpertPower Platform Solution Architect / Functional Consultant
