MotorOne Autobody is looking for a full-time Panel Beater & Assemblers .

You’ll carry out quality structural and non-structural repairs in line with insurer and safety standards, helping maintain efficient turnaround times without compromising workmanship.

Responsibilities

Assessing vehicle damage and repair requirements

Removing and refitting panels and components

Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality

Working to efficiency and safety KPIs

Collaborating with your workshop team

What We’re Looking For

To qualify, you will need:

Minimum 2+ years’ experience

Experience in an insurance repair workplace (highly regarded)

You're someone who is:

Consistent and reliable

Focused on quality over shortcuts

Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop

Interested in ongoing development, including I-CAR® aligned training pathways
