With a recently renovated, light-filled studio in Kelvin Grove and a growing national footprint, we are looking for Registered Project Architects to lead our most exciting hospitality projects from initial concept to final handover.

What You'll Be Doing Project Lead: Taking full ownership of hospitality projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept to completion. Technical Oversight: Producing and reviewing high-quality architectural documentation and ensuring office QA standards. Stakeholder Management: Leading consultant meetings, managing client expectations, and navigating approvals. On-Site Leadership: Attending sites to inspect, problem-solve in real-time and ensure high-quality construction outcomes. Mentoring: Guiding Architectural Graduates and fostering a collaborative, curious studio culture.
What We're Looking For Registration: A Registered Architect with at least 2 years post-registration experience, and significant post-graduate experience. Hospitality Expertise: Experience in delivering hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or commercial projects preferred. Software Mastery: Advanced Revit skills are essential for both design and documentation.
