This is a well-regarded Real Estate and Development team within one of Australia's leading national law firms, advising clients across government, healthcare, infrastructure, banking, and media on some of the most complex property transactions in the market. The team handles a broad mix of development, transactional, and advisory work across all property classes, and has a robust national presence with offices across the country.

The role

Working closely with partners and the broader team, you will advise on:

Significant commercial development projects including office towers, industrial facilities, build-to-rent, mixed use precincts, and renewable energy Acquisitions and disposals across commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and hotel asset classes Sale and leaseback transactions Joint venture and co-ownership arrangements Leasing and lease negotiation Real estate aspects of M&A; transactions Tourist resorts, mixed-use developments, and general real estate matters including subdivisions and enforcement of securities

The structure of the team means you will work across multiple partners and gain exposure to a wide variety of work and jurisdictions. There is a genuine culture of finding your niche and developing depth in areas that interest you.

What we are looking for Demonstrated experience in a Real Estate team within a reputable private practice firm At least 2 years PQE Experience across the acquisition, development, and disposal of real estate assets Comfortable managing matters with appropriate autonomy and as part of a larger team
