Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced Structures Foreman to join the team on a large-scale multi-residential development in Brisbane. Suited to someone with robust experience across high-density apartment towers, this role will see you managing structural trades on a complex vertical build, with future projects in the pipeline.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate experience across the full high-rise structure cycle, including: Managing split package structures including site establishment, piling, foundations, basement excavation and basement structure Overseeing main tower structure works, including concrete pours, jump forms, core walls and tower crane coordination Coordinating structural trades including concrete, formwork and reinforcement Conducting pre-pour inspections, daily pre-starts with subcontractors and managing 2-week look-ahead programmes Ensuring compliance with SWMS and site OHS procedures across all structural activities Undertaking weekly safety walks and managing closeout of safety actions Using systems such as Aconex or Procore for documentation and coordination
