Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator Brisbane City

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics skilled to support operations at the Regional Processing Centre on Nauru. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote settings, values structure and safety, and is ready to take on a position with real responsibility.

Working on a FIFO roster (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off) from Brisbane, you will play a key role in ensuring the secure, compliant and productive movement of goods that support daily operations on island.

About The Role

As the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse functions, including the trade store, and provide operational support to the Warehouse Supervisor. You'll work closely with a small on-island team, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate stock levels, timely deliveries and smooth logistics processes.

Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations, including the Trade Store

Ensure warehouse documentation and registers are accurately maintained

Cooperate and communicate effectively with transferees, staff, visitors, and external vendors

Supervise and task the storeperson team daily to meet operational goals

Liaise with on-island vendors and coordinate services such as deliveries and container storage

Support and assist the Warehouse Supervisor with reporting, inventory, and communication with the onshore logistics team

To be successful, you will:

Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations

High Risk Forklift Licence (mandatory)

Valid First Aid / CPR (or willing to obtain)

Valid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)

MR Licence (preferred)

FIFO experience and previous exposure to remote or challenging logistics environments will be highly regarded

Other Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances – Australian Federal Police Check

Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing, and any required health assessments

Must be double vaccinated against COVID-19
