- Bartender (Hibiscus Bar and Restaurant) Responsibilities

- Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
- Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
- Provide courteous, professional, productive and flexible service at all times
- Perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
- Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverage related services and products, and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, upsell and cross-sell Requirements

- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
- High level of communication
- High level of grooming and personal presentation
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
- Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded
