Junior Foreman — Civil Construction Subdivisions & Roads …, Brisbane

My client is a well‐established civil contractor based in Brisbane, specialising in land development and subdivision projects across South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on quality and safety, we're looking to expand our team with a driven and hands‐on Junior Foreman.

The Role

As a Junior Foreman, you'll work closely with the Site Foreman and Project Manager to help deliver residential and industrial subdivision projects and road works. This is a fantastic chance for a motivated individual looking to step up and grow their career in site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day‐to‐day site activities

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‐site teams

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations

Assist in interpreting plans and specifications

Ensure all work is completed on spec to a high standard.

Monitor progress and help maintain construction schedules

Report to the Site Foreman and Project Manager on progress and issues

Requirements

Previous experience working in civil construction, ideally in subdivisions

Robust understanding of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and services installation

Ability to read and interpret plans

Good communication and organisational skills

Construction White Card (essential)

Current Driver's Licence
