**About the Team** Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 200 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

**About the Role** We are currently seeking an experience Associate to join our growing CTP team in Brisbane, headed up by Stewart Boland. The role will involve a range of CTP matters from single to multi-vehicle accident claims, common whiplash through to major and catastrophic injury claims, complex liability disputes and strongly contested damages claim.

**About You** If the following sounds like you, we would love to hear from you:

- 3+ years PAE in defendant insurance (ideally in CTP);
- you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
- you remember what it was like being a junior practitioner and understand the importance of mentoring, and are happy to pass on your expertise and knowledge; and
- you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
