Internal Sales (Brendale)

**Location**: Brisbane Northside Area, Queensland

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order entry.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the landscape and or construction industry.
- Experience within the erosion control sector will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and sales software.
- Proficiency in Tall Emu CRM will be highly regarded but not essential

Pay: $49,000.00
- $131,227.09 per year

- Monday to Friday
