**Responsibilities**:

- Provide skilled assistance to construction teams in various tasks, including but not limited to, demolition, excavation, site preparation, concrete work, formwork, and general labour duties.
- Safely and efficiently operate a wide range of construction equipment and tools, such as power tools, jackhammers, concrete mixers, forklifts, and other machinery as required.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies both manually and using appropriate lifting equipment or machinery.
- Work closely with the construction team, including contractors, supervisors, and other labourers, to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months working as a skilled labourer in the construction industry.
- Proficient in using a wide range of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to perform manual labour tasks, including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Punctual and dependable, with a solid work ethic.
- White Card is a MUST, with Forklift License, First Aid Certificate, or other industry-specific qualifications are not necessary but advantageous.
