**About the role**: RPR Trades is on the look out for an **Industrial Maintenance Fitter **A rewarding and fast-paced role, you’ll joining a dedicated team of high performing, and safety focused trades people, who enjoy a huge variety of maintenance, repair, upgrade and project work on equipment, systems, and machinery throughout the entire facility.
- $47.17 per hour + superannuation + Sick Leave Cash out (up to 5 days)
- Rates rise in July
- Lifestyle roster
- 7 on then 5 off, 5 on then 4 off. You’ll work 12 out of every 21 days, and only 1 in 3 weekends
- 4.00am
- 2.30pm day shift, 2.30pm
- 1.00am afternoon shift

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III In Engineering
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail when performing maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Ability to work effectively within a team workplace
- Commitment to adhering strictly to safety regulations and protocols throughout repair and servicing activities
- Strong verbal and written communication for documentation and reporting purposes
