Gardener - Yard Maintenance (Contractor) (Brisbane)

We are looking for employees who are compassionate and dependable cleaners to join our team. We are looking for people who want to join our company providing support to people with disability in gardening and yard maintenance tasks: Main duties:
- Provide high-quality domestic assistance with gardening duties to the people we serve.
- Complete gardening and maintenance duties including lawn mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, spraying plants, pruning, watering, sweeping and removing garden clippings.
- Undertake maintenance of gardening equipment and machinery, included but not limited to mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers.
- Complete records accurately and timely. Skills and experience:
- Certificate III in Horticulture, or equivalent working experience in a similar role.
- Positive criminal history checks (Police Check, Blue or Yellow Card)
- Current unrestricted Drivers Licence and realiable own car is a must
- First Aid and CPR training (preferred)
- Have a valuable knowledge of gardening practices and yard maintenance procedures.
- Genuine interest in working with people with high care needs or disabilities, to provide domestic support with gardening duties within a home environment.
- The Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with service delivery, including travel, tools, equipment, materials, insurance, tax, and superannuation.
