Warehouse Supervisor (Brendale)

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse workplace? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, motivate a team, and keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in making sure products move smoothly from receiving to shipping. You’ll lead by example on the floor and ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met every day. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Leading, training, scheduling, and motivating warehouse staff
- Ensuring all health, safety, and company policies are followed
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and supporting cycle counts
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
- Coordinating with operations, transport, and customer service teams
- Investigating and resolving operational issues quickly
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in warehousing or distribution, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System
- Forklift / High Reach Certification / Work from Heights Experience
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment What We Offer
