They are seeking a Structural Foreman (High Rise) to join their project delivery team in Brisbane. This role is suited to a hands-on, results-driven construction professional who excels in delivering complex structural packages, driving program schedules, and maintaining an uncompromising approach to safety and quality on site. - Master planned mixed-use precincts About the Role:
- Key leadership position within a highly regarded commercial builder.
- Exposure to complex, high-value, high-rise projects.

- Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day structural operations on site. You will play a critical role in coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and ensuring all work is executed accurately, safely, and in line with the project program. In addition, this role requires a strong focus on technical problem-solving. You will act as the "boots on the ground" lead, translating design plans into physical outcomes, ensuring that internal teams and trade partners are aligned, and that any on-site hurdles are mitigated before they impact the critical path. Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing daily on-site structural activities and subcontractor workflow.
- Ensuring all structural works strictly adhere to project specifications, building codes, and Australian Standards.
- Driving the program schedule to meet key milestones and mitigating delays.
- Managing on-site resources, including plant, equipment, and materials.
- Leading a culture of safety through active participation in inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
