While the role is not hands-on coding day-to-day, you'll need to be technical enough to challenge ideas, contribute to solution design and provide meaningful technical direction. - Strong background as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead or Principal Engineer
- Experience designing and delivering scalable end-to-end architectures
- Strong AWS experience across modern cloud-native environments
- Experience working across multiple teams or large-scale platforms
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems
- Hands on experience with Node.js and JavaScript
- Experience with Kubernetes/containerised environments
- Exposure to technologies such as Elasticsearch, Redis, Lambda, S3, Postgres and DynamoDB
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction
