About the Role

MPK is seeking an experienced IS&T; Support Officer to join our IS&T; team, based in the Brisbane Support Office. Reporting to the Service Support Manager, the IS&T; Support Officer will be a frontline member of the IS&T; Team, performing procurement and logistics functions as well as assisting with desktop, infrastructure and systems support. The base salary banding for this role is between $75,000
- $80,000.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Desktop Support

Troubleshoot desktop computing issues, with the ability to follow known workarounds and resolutions

Provide equipment and training to recent starters

Troubleshoot test and document resolutions for incidents and problems that do not have a known solution

Microsoft Active Directory (AD) administration, inclusive of account and security group management

Communicate effectively with a variety of end-users, each providing an array of technology and computer skills

Accountable for job queues, with the ability to proactively discover root causes, resolve, document and close where possible

Procurement & Logistics

IS&T; asset stock management, commissioning, decommissioning and documentation

Perform asset, service and application procurement and logistics tasks as required

Maintain accuracy of asset data in asset management and finance systems

Key Qualifications

Experience performing procurement and logistics tasks will be highly regarded.
